About Jason Kimber:

Jason Kimber orchestrated a change in his life in 2006 after the birth of his first daughter, Aysha.

Realising his demanding career climbing the corporate ladder was causing his health to suffer and miss out on time with his young family, he decided to focus more on the important things in life. Since rearranging his priorities and setting clear goals, he has never looked back.

In 2009, Jason bought Step into Life Hallett Cove, to allow him the time to focus on his family while engaging his passion for physical fitness.

The same health and fitness principles Jason has applied to his life are what he offers to others. His philosophy is simple: take care of yourself, spend lots of time with your family, stay active, have fun and laugh a lot! He believes exercising outdoors is not only the fastest way to get results but also is the key ingredient to increasing your productivity while reducing the stresses of modern day life.

Jason is an avid reader and regularly devours podcasts and frequently attends training courses as part of his commitment to ongoing professional and personal development so he can continue to help others achieve health and wellness.
